Andrew Cohen

President of Get Recruited Consulting and Camp Director

Andrew Cohen is a 22-year veteran of college football. He has been a head coach at Hamilton College and coordinator at the following colleges Bucknell, Columbia, Fordham, Stony Brook, and Bowdoin. He moved to the Philadelphia area with his family and left college football as a coach. In August of 2014 Andrew took his passion and knowledge of recruiting in a new direction– he created Get Recruited Consulting.

Coach Cohen's reputation as a top-notch recruiter has enabled him to built an extensive network of college coaching connections, which has resulted in, the placement of a 100's of student-athletes nationwide. Coach Cohen currently has placed players at schools in the: Big Ten, SEC, ACC, PAC-10, MAC ,CAA, Ivy, Patriot & Pioneer Leagues ,as well as at many of the top academic D3 schools in the county.

Ed Volz

Director of Marketing / Recruiting Consultant, Get Recruited Consulting

Ed Volz has over 21 years of both high school and College coaching experence. Coach Volz has been a Head Coach at Sarasota High School (FL), Braden River HS (FL), and Hampton Bays HS (NY). He also was an Assistant Coach at Stony Brook University and Iona College.

In his final season as Head Coach at Sarasota HS, nine of his District Championship winning seniors went on to play college football. During his time as a high school coach, Coach Volz had been instrumental in the promotion of numerous football prospects going on to play college ball at schools such as Miami, South Florida, FSU, Florida, Western Kentucky, Georgia Southern, Florida A&M, John Carroll, Bentley, Maryville, Trinity, Northwest Missouri, Werner, Ave Maria, Wooster, and FIU.

Rocco Casullo

Recruiting Consultant, Get Recruited Consulting

Rocco Casullo brings a wealth of knowledge and relationships to Get Recruited Consulting. As the head coach of the illustrious Saint Thomas Aquinas football program, Casullo won (2) state championships. Prior to taking the head coach job, Casullo served as the DC for legendary George Smith. During his entire STA career, He earned (5) state championships and (2) National Championships. Following his departure from STA, Casullo took over Mater Academy where he lead the Lions to a 22-4 record and 2 State Final 8 appearances in his two seasons. Casullo's dad, Bob Casullo coaches 9 years in the NFL and 17 years in CFB.

Matthew DiBernardo

Recruiting Consultant, Get Recruited Consulting

Matthew DiBernardo, a 30-year veteran of the coaching profession at the collegiate and high school levels, comes to Get Recruited after a highly successful tenure at Oak Hall School in Gainesville, Florida. In only 3 seasons, Oak Hall's program went from 2-17 in the previous two years before DiBernardo took the helm to an incredible 25-6 record, including the school's first undefeated season and conference championship. DiBernardo was named NFFC Coach of the Year, Gainesville Sun Co-Coach of the Year, Florida Dairy Farmer's State Independent Coach of the Year, and Florida's Independent Coach of the Year. Under DiBernardo's leadership the program placed student athletes at United States Military Academy (Army West Point), Amherst College, Middlebury College, Monmouth College (Ill), and Lawrence University to continue their academic and athletic careers.

DiBernardo started his head coaching career at Wyoming Seminary College Preparatory School in Kingston, Pennsylvania and the success of that program followed the same script as the one seen at Oak Hall. The once proud Pennsylvania prep school program had fallen on difficult times, winning only 1 game in a 2-year period. While at Wyoming Seminary, DiBernardo's teams recorded three straight winning seasons and he was named Head Coach of the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Times Leader's Unsung Hero Award Team, and was given a special award for his "Performance On and Off the Field" by the Wyoming Valley's UNICO Chapter. More importantly, under DiBernardo's guidance, the program placed student athletes at Syracuse University, The United States Naval Academy, Colgate University, Lafayette College, Lehigh University, Bucknell University, University of Rhode Island, Bryant University, Muhlenberg College, Susquehanna University, Wilkes University, Kings College, Williams College, Rhodes College, Hobart College, James Madison University, Long Island University Post, and Grove City College, among others.

DiBernardo has also spent significant time in his career successfully evaluating prospects as a coach at the college level, including stints as the Head Coach at Delaware Valley University, the Assistant Head Coach at Wilkes University, the Offensive Coordinator at Hobart College and the Offensive Line Coach at LIU Post.

Larry Blustein

For the past 49 years, there are very few who have been able to accomplish what Blustein has - nationally and throughout the state of Florida. He is regarded as one of the foremost recruiting specialists nationally, promoting and ranking thousands of elite prospects who have reached heights - such as the Pro Football Hall of Fame. From California to Maine - and everywhere in between, Blustein has been able to form lasting relationships with college coaches - because of his work ethic and tireless quest of helping to place student/athletes. He is a member of the Florida High School Football Hall of Fame - as well as being a proud member of the National Wrestling Hall of Fame. Each year, he has the opportunity to watch and evaluate players live - and not just from viewing film. He is a graduate of the University of Las Vegas - and holds a Masters Degree from the University of Central Florida.

Joe Dougherty

Recruiting Consultant, Get Recruited Consulting

Joe Dougherty joined the CUA coaching staff in the 2015 season, serving as the program's special teams and defensive back coach. Dougherty was promoted to offensive coordinator and wide receivers coach for the 2016 season. Dougherty joined CUA from Hamilton College in Clinton, N.Y., where he served two seasons as defensive coordinator and defensive line coach. Dougherty started at Hamilton in 2013, coming off a seven-year stint at Lafayette College in Easton, Pa. Initially joining the Lafayette program in 2003 as a wide receiver coach, he returned in 2006 to coach the running backs for two seasons and the wide receivers in 2008. Dougherty worked his way to the defensive line position in 2009. In his first season as the defensive line coach he oversaw several All-Patriot League selections. In addition to preparing and executing defensive and special teams plays on the field, Dougherty also monitored the academic progress of his defensive line students-athletes.

Between his years at Lafayette, Dougherty served as the wide receivers coach and special teams coordinator at Fordham University in Bronx, N.Y. In the 2004-2005 seasons, he coached three All-Patriot League selections. Dougherty served as a graduate assistant at Rowan University for the 2001-2002 seasons in Glassboro, N.J. As the outside linebackers coach in 2001 and the quarterbacks coach in 2002, he coached several All-NJAC selections, Offensive, and Defensive Players of the Year. He also served as recruiting coordinator for both seasons. Dougherty graduated with a Master of Arts, Higher Education Administration from Rowan University in 2002. Dougherty began his coaching career at Bishop Hafey High School in Hazelton, Pa., serving as the offensive coordinator in the 1999 and 2000 seasons. A 1999 graduate of Dickinson College with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a minor in psychology, Dougherty currently resides in Washington, D.C.

Ron Anzevino

Ron Anzevino brings 32 years of coaching experience covering a wide area including, college coordinator on both sides of the ball & assistant head coach at the D1, NAIA & Junior College levels. Additionally he was head coach in Europe in Italy & Austria competing in the EFAF Cup & Euro Bowl bringing both teams to championship titles, along with head coaching experience at the high school level.

Ron grew up in the NE Ohio area, playing college football at Youngstown State University. He also had a short run as a free agent in the NFL with the Seahawks 1986 and the Dolphins in 1987-88.

Bob Casullo

Mr. Bob Casullo was a 1969 graduate of Little Falls High School and 1973 graduate of Brockport State. He was then in the football coaching profession for 38 consecutive years. He has the unique distinction of coaching at all 3 levels of competition, high school, college and professional!

1973-1984 - coached for 10 years as an assistant coach at Henninger High School and then 2 years as the Head coach at Baldwinsville High school, compiling an overall record of 105-15-2.
1985-1999, 2009-2010 - coached for 17 years in Division 1 college football at Syracuse University, Georgia Tech and Michigan St. University, 3 different leagues, The Big East, The ACC, and the Big 10. During his tenure at these colleges he coached in 11 major Division 1 Bowl games, compiling a 9-1-1 record.
2000-2009 - coached in the NFL for the Oakland Raiders, New York Jets, Seattle Seahawks, and Tampa Bay Buccaneers. During these 9 years he coached in 15 NFL playoff games, 2 AFC and 1 NFC championship game, 2 Super Bowls, 1 Pro Bowl, and 1 Senior Bowl.

At each of these coaching levels it was an expectation for me to be a dynamic, knowledgeable and thorough coach-teacher-leader for the success and promotion of each program I was in. It was a privilege for me to develop and demonstrate the necessary communicative and personality skills in my coaching-teaching-leadership abilities and being a part of a working environment of positive work ethic to assure success was achieved.

Mr. Casullo currently is a motivational and leadership development speaker to schools, colleges and businesses throughout the country.
